Welcome to the Parish of Sacred Heart
“Our
parish community should be an OASIS, from the ordinary”,
states Father John Czahur. Life,
with its many demands, can become filled with tasks accomplished
yet still feel empty. It is anchoring into the grace of God
that provides us the stamina we need for life’s journey.
At
the parish of Sacred Heart:
An “O”PENNESS to
all who feel called to join this parish community,
An openness to all who come to
“A”DORE the Father, Son and Holy Spirit in the Roman
Catholic tradition,
An openness to develop the “S”PIRIT
within each one of us so that we may recognize Christ within
ourselves and within each person we meet,
An openness to all who wish to
hear the “I”NSPIRED Word of God and take it back to the
world in which we live,
An openness to all who are
committed to “S”ERVE others for the glory of God. All of
the outreach this parish community provides is done as a
response to the challenge of the Gospel.
